Jacob D Zaharias
September 17th, 1991 – April 27th, 2020

Jake, at the age of 28, passed away peacefully on April 27th, 2020.

Jacob was born in Milwaukee, WI to Lynn Plevak and Kenny Zaharias. Jake is preceded in death by his grandparents, Nancy Boucher, Dan and Arlene Zaharias, his uncle, Scott Boucher, his aunt, Patsy Zaharias.

Jake is survived by his mother, Lynn Plevak and his father, Kenny Zaharias and step-parent, Tim Martin. His sisters, Shannon Doman & Andrea Zaharias. His nieces, Julissa Doman, Liliana Doman, and Makayla Rodriguez. His uncles, Joe Zaharias and Steve Plevak, and aunt Barbara McMahon. And cousins, Nicole Plevak, Steven Plevak, Johnny, Randy & Joey McMahon.

Jake had many friends that loved him very much. He was always the funny guy, bringing smiles and laughter everywhere he went. He was always a fun-loving jokester. He was very outgoing and loved being outdoors camping, fishing, and enjoying life. He touched the hearts of many. He will never be forgotten.
