Kelly Howell left the Earthly plane on Friday, November 13th, 2020 at 3:31 PM. He was a beloved father, husband, son, brother, and engineer. His legacy of kindness, consideration for others, and being a good human will live on through all who were lucky enough to have known him. He is survived by his wife Carey Howell and two daughters, Carlie Bond and Keelie Howell.
