Ella Mae Rowe, aged 93, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2026, in Mesa, AZ. Born on May 9, 1932, the middle child of three to Roy and Helen Cull, Hamilton, ND. Ella Mae was a vibrant and social individual who cherished being surrounded by her family and friends.

Ella Mae graduated as a valedictorian of Hamilton High School in 1948. After graduating high school, Ella Mae worked at the Bank of Hamilton where she became an officer of the Bank. She married Jack Rowe on June 10, 1951, and they moved to the family farm near Bathgate, ND where Jack and Ella Mae raised their three sons, Dennis, David and Darrell.

Her commitment to community service extended to her active participation in various churches including Bathgate Presbyterian Church, Gold Canyon Methodist Church, and Broadway Christian Church Mesa. Ella Mae was also very active in the Eastern Star of North Dakota for many years.

Ella Mae had a passion for knitting, sewing, and diamond painting, hobbies that reflected her meticulous and creative spirit. She also enjoyed playing cards, a pastime that allowed her to engage with friends in spirited games and laughter.

She is survived by her sons, Dennis (Brenda) Rowe, David (Moto) Rowe, and Darrell (Teia) Rowe. Grand children, Justin Rowe, Jessica (Jason) Tryan and Kameron Rowe. Great Grand Children, Kylan Tryan, Baylor Tryan and Nixon Tryan. Ella Mae was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Rowe, her sister, Fern (Lyle) Fedje, and her brother, Alvin (Janice) Cull.

A gathering to celebrate Ella Mae's life will be held on April 26, 2026, from 1-3 PM at Las Palma Grand, Mesa. She will be laid to rest at Hamilton Cemetery, Hamilton, ND. The family welcomes all who knew and loved her to join in honoring her memory.
