Virginia "Ginny, GG" Belle Kinzer (McGraw), 86, of San Tan Valley, Arizona peacefully passed away in her home on July 3rd, 2026. Ginny was born in Sophia West Virginia where she graduated High School and moved to Chicago, Illinois in 1957 where she met and married her first husband David Smith and had two sons Michael and Kenneth. In 1967 Ginny moved her family to Mesa, Arizona where she eventually divorced David and was remarried to Glenn Kinzer. Ginny is survived by her sister Elsie, sons Michael and Kenneth Smith, step-children Karen, David and Sandra, granddaughter Kristina Coleman, step-grandsons Richard and Beau Vandertulip, and great-grandson Noxx Smith. Ginny will always be remembered for her quick wit, love for writing, sailing, Creedence Clearwater Revival, George Clooney, and her adoration for her family. There will be a private Celebration of Life held in Ginny's honor at a later date.
