Littrell, Edward H., 90, was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on March 29, 1920 to Arthur and Viola Littrell. Ed passed peacefully at Hospice of the Valley's Arbor Home on June 21, 2010 after a three year battle with colon cancer. He moved to Arizona in 1967 and worked in the banking and mortgage business until the age of 86. Ed was a member of the Masons for over 50 years as well as the American Legion. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served in WWII. As an active member of the community, he was involved in the Neighborhood Blockwatch and was always willing to help neighbors and numerous stray animals. He enjoyed many hobbies including woodworking, cooking, and baking. Ed is survived by his wife of 42 years, Susie; his daughter, Vickie Prince; two grandchildren, Tina and Bo; one cousin, Thomas Griffin; and his loving companions, a chihuahua, “Buttons”, and three cats, “Buttercup”, “Tommy”, and “Spooky”. Arrangements were made by Angel's Cremation and Burial. No services are planned. Cremation remains are at the Veterans National Cemetery of Arizona.
