Jackie is survived by her 4 children Shawn Johnson Cary Johnson Jill Lane and Kyle Johnson She had 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren She was an active member of the LDS church Her husband Jerry passed away in 2005 and her daughter Stacy passed away in 2000 She was a wonderful mother and grand mother and loved by all those who knew her She will be greatly missed
