Thelma I (Kitts) Carter passed away on Dec. 29, 2017 in Mesa, Az She was a native Arizonan, born in Tempe, to Bert and Celestia (ivy) Kitts.She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Keith James Carter.

Thelma is survived by their two daughters, Jacquelyn S Hodges (Joe), Margaret (Peggy) Millsaps (Ron).

Four grandchildren, Kristen E Mcquinn, Thor B Millsaps (Elise), Drew J Millsaps, and Brooke D Strausse (Bill).
She has 8 great grandchildren, Blake, Kali, Claire, Shannon, Grace, Blaine, Wyatt, and Lenin

Albert Kitts, Virginia Hoffman (Len-deceased), Clifford Kitts, deceased (Arleta), Helen Wertsching (Bob), Alvin KItts (Virginia), and Lillian Loper (Bill-deceased)

She has a large, extended, family of nieces, nephews, their children, and friends, too numerous to mention.

No services per her wishes.

On Tues Feb. 20, 2018, at 11:00, the cremains of Keith and Thelma will be interred at Veterans Memorial Cemetary. Any who wish may attend.
