Billy Ross Lucy of Phoenix, Arizona, age 26, tragically passed away Feb 6th, 2019 in Mesa, Arizona. Billy grew up in Glenwood, Iowa and attended Glenwood Community High School. He was a state qualifier for wrestling and soccer. He was also involved in Cross Country, Track and Show Choir. During his high school years, Billy enjoyed working at No Frills (previously Kaiman’s Grocery Store) and Oasis Restaurant.

Billy is well known for his amazing smile, infectious laughter, generous spirit and heart of gold.

Billy completed Air Force Bootcamp at Lackland Air Force Base before moving to Arizona where he had many friends who loved him dearly.

Billy is survived by his parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who are heartbroken by the loss of our Billy and will miss him forever.

Celebration of Life services will be held at Crossroads Church in Council Bluffs, Iowa on February 23rd, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. We appreciate all your thoughts and prayers.
